Having lived in Louisiana, I have had my share of shrimp and grits. It has been a dish I've missed after moving to the Valley; until now! Jack's shrimp and grits takes me back to the bayou and is well worth the drive and stop.

Delicious grilled chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar to give it a tangy flavor. The chicken combined with goat cheese and arugula is a delicious bite. I keep coming back for it!

Jacks Shop is a unique place in that you can confidently order anything off the menu and know it will be delicious and fresh. The farmers breakfast is no exception to this rule. It is the perfect combination of a nostalgic home cooked breakfasts with a special flair that makes choosing Jacks over eating a home a "no brainer". The eggs no matter how I've had them cooked are always cooked to perfection, the homestyle potatoes are crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the sausage and bacon don't disappoint. I love the side of tomatoes and mushrooms, which wasn't my first reaction to seeing them on my plate. After being urged to "just try them" by a seasoned Jacks Shop veteran, they have easily become one of my favorite parts of the dish.
